Shop For Products

In this article, you will learn how to find products, use filters, compare availability, view product images, and add items to your cart.

Before You Start​

Open Available Products. Choose the arrival dates you want before searching, because availability depends on the selected dates.

Search By Product Or Variety​

  1. Open Available Products.
  2. Select the arrival date range.
  3. Enter a product name, variety, color, or other keyword in Search.
  4. Review the matching rows.
  5. Clear the search field when you want to see all products again.

Use Advanced Filters​

  1. Select Advanced Filters.
  2. Filter by farm when you want products from a specific farm.
  3. Filter by origin when you want products from a specific growing region.
  4. Filter by size, packing, or price range.
  5. Turn on Display Images when you want product photos in the list.
  6. Review the filtered results.
  7. Select Clear Filters to start over.

If no products match, widen the arrival date range, remove one filter at a time, or search for a broader product name.

Shipping Days​

Stock is listed for the weekdays your supplier ships on. An arrival date outside those days is a special arrival: depending on how your supplier has set things up, it either does not appear in the catalog at all, or it appears and can be ordered with an additional charge. Cart lines that arrive on such a day are labeled Special arrival, and the cart notes how many there are. The additional charge is calculated when you place the order, so it is not included in the cart total — like freight, duties, and taxes.

If your supplier turns special arrivals off while such a line is already in your cart, you can no longer add more of it or increase its quantity, and it cannot be ordered. You can still reduce the quantity or remove the line, and the cart offers to remove it for you when you try to check out.

Review Product Details​

Each product row shows the information you need before ordering:

  • Product name, variety, assortment, or color.
  • Farm and origin.
  • Size and packing.
  • Quantity available.
  • Sell price.
  • Arrival date.
  • Image preview when an image is available.

Open the image preview when two products look similar or when you need to confirm the product visually.

Add A Product To The Cart​

  1. Find the product row you want.
  2. Enter the number of boxes you want.
  3. Confirm the quantity is not higher than the available quantity.
  4. Select Add.
  5. Watch for the cart count or confirmation message.
  6. Continue shopping or open Shopping Cart when you are ready to review.

Update An Item Already In The Cart​

  1. Find the same product row in Available Products or open Shopping Cart.
  2. Enter the new quantity.
  3. Select Update if the page shows an update action.
  4. Open Shopping Cart to confirm the quantity and total.

Tips​

  • Add only the quantities you plan to buy. Cart reservations are temporary.
  • Use images when product names or varieties are similar.
  • If a product disappears after filtering, it may not be available for the selected dates.
  • If you need a recurring weekly request, use Standing Orders instead of adding the same items every week.
