Products And Images

In this article, you will learn how administrators create products, update visible product details, upload images, and manage image assignments.

Before You Start​

Gather the product name, variety, assortment, color, size, packing, and any approved customer-facing images. Product details and images help customers choose the right items.

Create A Product​

  1. Open Setup.
  2. Select Products.
  3. Select Add Product.
  4. Enter the product name.
  5. Add variety, assortment, color, size, or other visible details when available.
  6. Review whether the product should be active.
  7. Save the product.
  8. Search the product list to confirm it is available for use.

Edit Product Details​

  1. Open Products.
  2. Search for the product.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Update product details.
  5. Save changes.
  6. Review customer-facing shopping results when the change affects visible labels.

Add Or Change Product Images​

  1. Open Products.
  2. Search for the product.
  3. Open the image tools for that product.
  4. Upload or select the image your team wants customers to see.
  5. Assign the image to the correct product.
  6. Remove outdated images when they should no longer be used.
  7. Use Bulk Upload Images when you need to upload many images at once.

What Happens Next​

Active products and approved images can appear in inventory, shopping, and reports when availability exists for the selected dates.
