Origins

In this article, you will learn how administrators create origins and keep origin information consistent for farms, inventory, pricing, and reports.

Before You Start​

Confirm the country and city exactly as your team wants them shown. Consistent origin names make filters and reports easier to read.

Create An Origin​

  1. Open Setup.
  2. Select Origins.
  3. Select Add Origin.
  4. Choose the country.
  5. Enter the city.
  6. Save the origin.
  7. Confirm the origin appears in the list.

Edit An Origin​

  1. Open Origins.
  2. Search or filter until you find the origin.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Update the country or city.
  5. Save changes.
  6. Review related farms or inventory when the change affects day-to-day work.

What Happens Next​

The origin can be used when creating farms, reviewing inventory, filtering products, and preparing reports.
