Before You Start

Gather the farm name, origin, communication email, and any upload column details your team needs. Farm setup affects availability uploads, inventory review, customer shopping, order notifications, and reports.

Create A Farm

  1. Open Setup.
  2. Select Farms.
  3. Select Add Farm.
  4. Enter the farm name exactly as your team should see it.
  5. Choose the farm origin.
  6. Enter the farm email used for order and availability communication.
  7. Review upload column settings if the farm sends availability files.
  8. Save the farm.
  9. Confirm the new farm appears in the active farms list.

Update A Farm

  1. Open Farms.
  2. Search for the farm.
  3. Choose Edit.
  4. Update the farm name, origin, email, or upload settings.
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Review the farm row to confirm the new information appears.

Disable Or Enable A Farm

  1. Open Farms.
  2. Use the view selector to show active, inactive, or all farms.
  3. Choose the farm.
  4. Use Disable when the farm should no longer appear in normal workflows.
  5. Use Enable when the farm should be available again.
  6. Confirm the status changed.

Disabling a farm keeps its history available while preventing new day-to-day use.

Review Farm Configuration History

  1. Open the farm record.
  2. Choose the history or configuration view when available.
  3. Review previous upload settings or farm details.
  4. Use the history when troubleshooting upload behavior or explaining a configuration change.
