Before You Start

Use import errors when a file or manual entry finishes with rows that need attention. Keep the original farm file or row details nearby when possible.

Find Import Errors

  1. Open Setup.
  2. Select Errors.
  3. Filter by status, farm, upload, or date range.
  4. Expand the upload that has rows needing review.
  5. Read the error message for each row.

Fix A Row

  1. Select Edit And Fix for the row.
  2. Review the original row information.
  3. Correct highlighted fields such as product, variety, quantity, price, origin, packing, or arrival date.
  4. Save the row.
  5. Confirm the row no longer appears as unresolved.
  6. Open Inventory when you need to review the corrected inventory.

Add a screenshot of the Edit And Fix panel with highlighted fields and Save action.

Delete Rows That Should Be Ignored

  1. Select one or more rows that should not become inventory.
  2. Choose Delete Selected.
  3. Confirm the action.
  4. Refresh the list or filters.
  5. Confirm the rows no longer appear as unresolved.

Use deletion for duplicates, accidental rows, or rows the farm will resend correctly.

What Happens Next

Fixed rows can become usable inventory after they are accepted. Deleted rows are removed from the error queue so the team can focus on rows that still need action.
