Before You Start

Open Inventory after your upload or manual entry has processed. Farm users normally review inventory and ask an administrator to make admin-only changes.

Review Inventory Rows

  1. Open Inventory.
  2. Search or filter the list to find products.
  3. Review product name, variety, assortment, size, packing, quantity, price, farm, origin, and arrival date.
  4. Open product images when you need to confirm the product visually.
  5. Move through pages when there are many rows.
  6. Clear filters when you want to return to the full list.

Check Availability Details

  1. Confirm product names and varieties look correct.
  2. Confirm quantities match the latest availability you submitted.
  3. Confirm prices match the file or manual entry.
  4. Confirm arrival dates are present when customers should shop the products.
  5. Look for rows that appear missing, duplicated, or incorrect.

Understand Inventory Status

Available rows can be shown to customers when the product has the needed arrival date and meets the current availability rules. Discarded or unavailable rows may be hidden from customer shopping.

What To Do If Something Looks Wrong

  1. Check whether the upload or manual entry finished processing.
  2. Review the file or rows you submitted.
  3. Note the product name, quantity, price, and arrival date that look wrong.
  4. Contact an administrator and include the upload file name or time when possible.
