Before You Start​

Super admins can affect account access, organization setup, customer and farm visibility, pricing, notifications, and operating settings. Review changes carefully before saving.

Main Super Admin Tasks​

  1. Open Users And Organizations to invite users, create organizations, link users, and manage notification recipients.
  2. Edit roles and access when a user's responsibilities change.
  3. Manage organization email recipients and linked-user notification preferences.
  4. Open Settings to adjust availability, cart reservation, sign-in timeout, and upload column settings.
  5. Open Markups to manage global pricing, farm-specific markups, constants, and constant types.
  6. Review pricing history before or after important pricing changes.

What To Review Regularly​

  • Users belong to the correct organizations.
  • Organizations have the right type, active status, default role, and preferred language.
  • Customer and farm organizations have current notification emails.
  • Only trusted users can create orders for customers.
  • Pricing settings are current before inventory is made available to customers.
