Farm Getting Started
In this article, you will learn what farm users can do in Floral Stock and where to start each task.

Before You Start
You need a farm user account linked to your farm. Farm users see only the inventory, uploads, prices, and order items that belong to their farm.
Main Farm Tasks
- Open Data Entry to upload an Excel availability file.
- Use Manual Entry when you need to enter product rows directly.
- Open Inventory to review products that have assigned arrival dates.
- Open Orders to review incoming orders that include your farm's products.
What You Can Manage
Farm users can upload availability files, remove files before submitting, confirm duplicate warnings, enter product rows manually, review submitted inventory, and inspect incoming order details.
What Happens Next
Uploaded and manually entered rows become inventory after they are processed and assigned arrival dates. Customers can shop products that are available for their selected arrival dates.
