Customer Getting Started

In this article, you will learn what customer users can do in Floral Stock and where to start each task.

Before You Start​

You need a customer account linked to your company. If you cannot see the customer screens, ask your administrator to check your account and organization.

Main Customer Tasks​

  1. Open Available Products to shop current inventory.
  2. Use filters to narrow products by dates, product details, size, packing, or price.
  3. Add products to the Shopping Cart.
  4. Review the cart and select Checkout.
  5. Open My Orders to review order status, details, and confirmations.
  6. Open Standing Orders to create or manage recurring weekly requests.

What You Can Manage​

Customers can update cart quantities, remove cart items, place orders, review status, export confirmations, request standing orders, approve standing order pricing, add weekly exceptions, and cancel standing orders.

What Happens Next​

After checkout, Floral Stock creates one or more orders and sends order notifications to the customer and farm contacts configured for those orders.
