Common Upload Questions
In this article, you will learn what to do when an upload or manual entry needs attention.
Add screenshots of duplicate upload, queued processing, completed-with-errors, and manual-entry validation messages.
My File Is Not Accepted
Check that the file is an Excel workbook — .xlsx or .xls — and does not exceed the size limit shown on the upload page. A file with any other extension is refused immediately.
A file that carries an Excel extension but was saved in a different format is also refused. Spreadsheet tools sometimes export a CSV or web page while keeping the name you typed, so if a file is rejected even though its name looks right, open it and use Save As to write a real Excel workbook.
If the file still fails, save a fresh copy from Excel and try again.

Review the file name and date. Upload it again only if you intentionally want to replace or repeat the availability update. Otherwise, skip the duplicate.
The Upload Is Queued
Queued files continue processing in the background, normally within a few minutes. Check notifications or upload history later for the final result. A file that has not finished in about 15 minutes is retried once automatically; if the retry does not finish either, the upload is marked failed and you receive a notification asking you to upload it again.
Some Rows Were Skipped
Skipped rows usually need review. Ask an administrator to open import errors, correct the row, or mark it as resolved.
